  • What Kosher certification are you under?
    We are certified under the strict supervision of the OVO (Orthodox Vaad of Orlando). All our products are made with the highest standard of Kashrus.
  • What type of catering do you offer?
    We service any event, large or small in any venue. We offer breakfast buffets, corporate luncheons, boxed lunch menus, dinner buffets and plated receptions. We also offer catering services for Shabbos and Yom Tov.
  • Where do you cater?
    We have a list of preferred venues and hotels in Orlando but can also service any venue that will allow an outside caterer. We are also the exclusive caterer at the brand new Villatel Village Event Center.

  • How are the Heat + Eat meals packaged?
    All our prepared foods are packaged in ready-to-heat pans or plastic containers for soups and salads. All items come labeled with our suggested warming instructions.
  • How many people does each dish serve?
    All our dishes come in at least 2 size options stating the approximate serving.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to all the major resorts around the greater Orlando area (Reunion, Kissimmee, Clermont, Champions Gate, Orlando), as well as, most hotels. Feel free to inquired about any specific location.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery fees vary by order size but all orders over $250 include free delivery.
  • What type of events can you coordinate?
    We coordinate any type and size of events. From intimate family reunions to large corporate retreats and everything in between.
  • What venues do you service?
    We work with a number of hotels and venues throughout Orlando but if you have a particular venue in mind we would happily service your event there.
  • If you coordinate my event, does that mean you also cater it?
    We certainly could do the catering and usually it’s the preferred option. However, if there’s a particular caterer you’re interested in, we would happily work with anyone.
  • What do you handle and what would still be my responsibilities?
    We have the capacity to handle everything! It will boil down to your budget and preferences.
  • Will you deliver my Shabbos food to my villa?
    Yes! Please select the delivery date upon checkout and we will deliver the order directly to your villa on your selected delivery date. If for whatever reason there’s any issue with the delivery date or address provided, we will contact you to discuss. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
  • How many people does each dish serve?

  • How do I properly warm the food?
    All our prepared foods are packaged in ready-to-heat pans or plastic containers for soups and salads. All items come labeled with our suggested warming instructions.
  • How does the chef service work?
    Our private chef service provides you with your own personal chef to come to your villa and cook for your group. We will create a custom menu tailored to your needs and shop all the ingredients so you don’t have to do anything.
  • How much does it cost?
    We charge a flat daily rate per chef (regardless of the number of meals being served). The price depends on the customer needs and chef selected, but ranges from $1000 - $1400 per day.
  • Do I still need waiters or cleaners?
    Depending on your needs you may also be interested in hiring waiters and additional kitchen/ cleaning help. We will make recommendations based on your needs.
  • Is it a set menu? Or can I choose?
    You can either select from any of our wide range of menus or we can create a custom menu for you.
